Refund policy

1. We can process a full refund if you request it 7 or more days before your scheduled class.
2. We can process a 50% refund if you request it 2–6 days before your scheduled class.
3. No refunds are available on the day of your class.
4. You can reschedule your class only once.
5. Homekits can be returned within 14 days of placing the order. Products returned outside this 14-day period will not be accepted for a refund.
6. Refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on processing conditions.

These six conditions apply to refunds and rescheduling.
